A new look for VO

Visual Online SA is proud to launch a new company logo as part of the ongoing evolution of our company’s brand to support it's ambition to remain one of the most renowned internet service providers in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

More than two decades after the launch of the existing logo, the rebrand occurs when Visual Online is engaged in an ambitious transformation to serve customers more than before using his online platform. A new website is also introduced to present the company better and create a clear picture of all the services proposed.

Claude Schuler, Visual Online CEO commented, “Our business has grown and evolved over the last 20 years, and we felt it was time for a change. We have refreshed our logo to reflect who we are today and to symbolize our future. After careful consideration, we chose to communicate with the initials of our company name: "VO", as many people in Luxembourg already refer to us using this acronym. A new logo using proeminently the V and O letters, reflects a more modern look and captures our will for a more direct and convenient brand identification."

To support it's transformation, a new website is lauched in response to serve a new audience in every possible channel, from on-screen to in-person. In some cases, instead of recurring to paper paper forms, customers will be able to use the company's online tools from the convenience of their home, to obtain prices, take appointments and order services with online payment.

Visual Online SA is launching this new brand on the back of steady, profitable growth which has built an undisputed leadership position thanks to a unique combination of being part of the POST Luxembourg group with a long-term investment and corporate governance horizon, and being partly private-owned by the founders of the company, with an engaged workforce and strong customer service culture.

The new brand identity reaffirms VO's values, fully shared inside the company, driving it's mission: making our customers’ lives easier and more productive every day, by providing the best products and solutions to their internet requirements.
