In order to support its growth effectively, Visual Online is currently looking to recruit the services of a

Helpdesk Agent (m/f/d)

Your role:

  • Responding to support requests from customers using products and services supplied by Visual Online
  • Installation and configuration of Internet / Telephone / TV connections
  • Configuration of email addresses on different platforms (Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows, Mac OSX and Smartphones)
  • Helping our customers configure their applications using TeamViewer
  • Configuration of FRITZ!Box, FRITZ!Wlan and FRITZ!Fon equipment
  • Help customers choose their contracts
  • Processing and monitoring customer contracts
  • Knowledge of our products and services
  • Efficient follow-up of each customer's specific needs

Your profile:

  • Flexible, helpful and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to take the initiative
  • Good customer relations skills
  • Have a sense of responsibility and know how to manage priorities
  • Good command of the usual IT tools
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourgish, German and French. Each additional language is an advantage.
